Conditional formating for muliple cells with T/F formula in seperate cell.

    SEE ATTACHED FILE... TEST_BOOK.xls
On my compare template I have formulas in cells at the bottom to compare cells in two other templates on the same WS.
I know how to do conditional formating on the compare piece so that they turn GREEN for TRUE, and RED for FALSE.
I am looking to color the cells for which they refer to in RED as well so that I do not have to do formula traces to see where the error is at.
For example, if A106 turns FALSE, I want both A72 and A38 to turn RED since that is where the error is located.
I need this formating done in both the TEMPLATE and the BaaN Route sections.
    Could someone please help.
    Thanks!!!

    1) Highlight the range A4:D33
    2) Apply the Conditional Formatting settings:

    Formula Is: =A4<>F4
    Format... Pattern: Red

    3) Now that that section is done, repeat steps #1 & #2 above exactly the same, except this time the range is F4:I33.

Glad we could help. Not sure what the last line was for, see the "Ray Kroc" quote in my signature.
