Answers YES and NO

I would like to get answers YES or NO for this formula
=sum((Y4/(G4+M4+O4+Q4))

if Sum = <1=YES (I couldn't put equal sign under< but it must be there )

if Sum = >1 = NO

I have no idea if Excel can do this and I really appreciate your help.
