counting unique values from list with specific criteria

Hello. I'm trying to write a formula that will count the number of unique values in column B IF value in C equals a specific value in column A. I have a formula to count the unique values in column B =SUMPRODUCT((B3:B13<>"")/COUNTIF(B3:B13,B3:B13&"")) but am having a hard time attaching a =sum(if( prior to the sumproduct formula. I have attached a spreedsheet with my data set to help. What i want to write is "if (A3:A13) = C1, then count unique values in (B3:B13)"
