Automatic Leaderboard

Hey I am trying to create a leaderboard for a football pool that I have put together. The spreadsheet calculates each person's wins and loses each type the winner is inputted into the sheet. I would like to create a leaderboard that will update and rank everyone from 1 to 41 participants. My participants start in A3-A43, with another column for wins and another for loses. How can I get this to sort each time a game winner is inputted. I have attached the spreadsheet that I am currently trying to create. I would like to have the participant's move up and down the leaderboard depending on their win/lose record. Thanks
