Average most recent 7 scores

Hello,

Attached is a sample of data for quality scores for my employees. We need an easier way to calculate a daily average based on the most recent 7 scores. The averages/employee could be on a different tab or the same, it doesn't matter. Any feedback would be great!

Try the attached.

Entered all employees in a different tab & next column shows their last 7 (If they have no entry for last 7, will reduce to available). All are ARRAY FORMULAS, so must hit CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER, rather than just ENTER.

Also used dynamic range to limit calculation for used rows only.
