    How to make representation graph by country name

    Hi! I have an excel spreadsheet with names of people and country of origin. I'd like to make a bar graph by country, to see which country is most/least represented. Is this possible to make in excel? how?
    I appreciate very much any help!!

    Hi anab and welcome to the forum,

    Using Excel 2010 I created 2 columns of data. Name and Country. Then insert a Pivot Chart and drag the country to the XAxis and Value sections to give the attached.

    I hope that gives you enough with the example to do your own.
