List of multiple customers

I have an excel spreadsheet which contains multiple names and surnames of customers many sharing the same address. For example, I may have three members of the same family with the same surname so need to have the mail going to the three members of the family on one label, instead of three labels. Is there any way of sorting this in excel so that I can have one label?

Hi Sanlam and welcome to the forum,

I'd filter your list by the address using Advanced Filters and click the Unique check box. This way you would filter out multiple people with the same address. Read http://www.contextures.com/xladvfilter01.html
