Match two condition and return a value

Hi

I need to lookup a unit price if two condition is met in a worksheet.

Can anyone help on this. I know this is very simple and i had done searching still cannot workout.

If PO Number = PODG1187 and Quantity=500, the return unit price will be from sheet 2 = 0.3
