why do i cant insert rows or colums in my excel sheet in excel 2007 version.when insert a cell or a row it show's that "cannot shift objects off sheet" what shall i do now? can any one suggest me.How can i solve this problem.

This means that you have something in columns to the right that would be shifted off the workbook if you tried to insert columns.
If you don't have anything, try selecting all the columns to the right and press Delete on the keyboard... and try again.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
