    vlookup, how return the matching value to 2 column?

    Hi

    I started by

    " =VLOOKUP(N3,'sheet2'!$B$3:$C$11,2) "

    to find N3 in the area of sheet2 and return the matching value in column2. Consider column 2 is "first name " and column3 is "family". How can I return my function to column 2&3 at same time and get the result like "family, first name".
    Thanx
