Animated Graph not plotting

Hi,

I found this amazing animated chart on the excelhero website and I have tried to move it into my dashboard but it doesn’t plot.

Actions:
I have moved and renamed the macro.
I have moved across all named ranges

However it still doesn’t work – does anyone know why?

I have attached both the original file and my model which I am trying to put it in to.

Hi,

I have spent most of the night looking at why this doesnt work and I still can not find a solution. I would be grateful if someone could tell me why mine isnt working please?

In your workbook the definition of the range name "animation_percent" looks like it contains a minus sign, but it's an em dash.

=Step/animation_steps – Easing

Replace the thing that looks like a minus with a real minus sign, so the formula reads

=Step/animation_steps-Easing

The em dash has probably crept in through copy and paste from a Microsoft product that thinks it knows when we want an em dash.
