Roll Assgnment - Items per month count

I'm in need of assistance, I've been working on a roll up that tracks documents from date closed to recording date, then from recording date until image date, I been working this alot.

I also wanted to make improvements to show how many items I received on a month to month basis and how many of those items clear in the same timeframe.(Maybe Vlookup against old worksheet) Any suggestions for improvement?

Anyone willing to take a peak?

After you change the title of your thread to something more like a problem then read the following.

This looks like a Pivot Table answer to me. Pivots let you group by day or month or year. It looks like a few simple columns of Documnet Name, Closed Date, Record Date and Image Date would be enough. I'd then calculate the time between the above dates to sum them in the pivot table.
