Default UPPERCASE in column

Hello all,

This is my first post here, hope I'm doing it right!

I'm trying to set the default for a column to be uppercase and cannot for the life of me figure out how. I'm using Excel 2010.

Basically staff enter info across the row and I want column G to automatically convert what they type into uppercase.

Is this possible?
