Use VLOOKUP.

Sorry, couldn't see the code (using iPad).
I don't really understand why you're using VBA at all.
You might as well just put the formulae in place and protect the sheet.

I want to get rid of the button, have the address fill in after I pick a name.
Thanks Guys Works Perfect, I'm just a little slow. LOL
Cell C14: =VLOOKUP($C$13,'Address Book'!A:C,ROWS($C$13:$C14),FALSE)
and copy down.
In code:
![]()

vlookup work great, but what if I want to type in a name and address without validation? If I type in a address I lose my formula. Is it possible to type in a address, I can type it in now but can't clear all the boxes and lose my formula.
thats probaby why it was using those buttons to run the code so you could do just that.
Have a look at the attached workbook (yours, updated)
It takes manual input in cell C12 or validated input in cell C13. If you put something in C12, it copies it to C13, clears C12 and selects C14 for you to type an address. If you select something from the drop down in C13, it clears C12 and puts the formulae in C14 and C15.
You need to lose the merged cells ... never, please, never use merged cells.

Thanks TM, I will try and make this work, the only problem
I have is when I clear sheet I lost Validation?
Found the problem TM, Thanks for your time helping me. I changed CommandButton2
Range("C13:H15").Clear to
Range("C13:H15"). Clear Contents
Thanks to All who helped

Ah, my fault. I think I changed it when I was testing.
I trust it does what you were looking for.
