I trying to find formulas to work tracking player 10+ to 10- from Win and Lost.

Thank martindwilson & Marcol. I did do countif same as you did. I was looking for 2+ or 2- instead 2 or -2. Didn't find any formulas work till Marcol give me code for format> custom. Thank you for the code Marcol.
