Excel 2007 : Navigating a spreadsheet

I want to create a menu on my spreadsheet, is there any tools i could use to navigate around my spreadsheet easier to be a lot more user friendly e.g. shortcuts to forms, macro's etc.

If you're using Excel 2003, go to Tools > Customize > New. From there just drag any commend or tools you'd to have easy access to.

There are myriads of shortcut key combinations. See here http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...in=HP001111659 for Microsoft's list.

Macros can of course be given their own shortcut keys, but don't make the mistakeI once made of attaching them to an Excel reserved key combination like say Ctrl-c for copy otherwise you may get unexpected results.

If you're constructing a menu of navigation buttons you'll obviously need to write macro code to perform the same actions as the key commands.
