    Alternative to summing multiple vlookup formulas?

    Hi all,

    I have sales by store by month on one tab, and status by store by month on another tab. I want to do a total comp by month and a total non-comp by month (in yellow on the "sales" tab) without having to sum a lot of individual vlookup formulas. Does anyone have a suggestion as to a simpler way I can do this?

    Thanks!

    Hello & Welcome to the Baoad,

    If I understand correctly,

    B15 =SUMIF(status!B$3:B$14,"COMP",sales!B$3:B$14)
    B16 =SUMIF(status!B$3:B$14,"NON-COMP",sales!B$3:B$14)

    drag to the right
    HTH
    Regards, Jeff
