Data Formatting from Row to Column

Dear Friends,
I am very new user to Excel.
I have downloaded data from Website and now want to format to prepare report.

Data is at below format.

A1 Abilify (aripiprazole)

A2 Oral drug for the treatment of schizophrenia

A3 ABREVA (docosanol)

A4 Cold sore/fever blister

and so on for 2000 + rows

Now, I want data in below format.

A1 Abilify (aripiprazole) | B1 Oral drug for the treatment of schizophrenia

A2 ABREVA (docosanol) | B2 Cold sore/fever blister

Also, I am providing Word(With Screen Shot) and Excel for better understanding.
