Need help with combining multiple non-adjacent columns

Hello, I'd like to combine every 7th column starting from column C into one column so that the result would look like the highlighted area. Please see attachment for details. Please understand that the columns in between are not empty and that the worksheet may be expanded.
Any help will be much appreciated.
