    Calculating Productivity

Hey everyone - I'd really appreciate some help

I attached a file showing the format that I needed for the Productivity calculation.

Where I have given the Number of tasks achieved in one hour in B Column,

And what I needed is When I input the number of task alloted field in C, the result should be displayed in the D column in hours depending on the productivity of Column B.

    Thanks in Advance.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Re: Calculating Productivity

    Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. It would be fine if I got the result in Minutes. Since I am getting the result as 1.53 and some times I am getting the result as 0.69 which is hard to calculate the Minutes. Is there any suggestions to find the exact time for the completion of the tasks.

For example if the result shows as 0.69 or 0.72 or 0.82 it should shows the result as exact minutes.

I have attached the result for your reference.

    Re: Calculating Productivity

    Hi,

I have tried with the above said example can you explain with the example what I shown in the attached test xls file. It would really fine.

    For example:

Queue Producitivy Task alloted Required time
    vtmail/no9 7.29 5 0.69

If you see the required time its showing in 0.69 Minutes but I need the exact result as Minutes and seconds needed for this sample. Hope this would help you to understand my question.
