I wouldn't use that layout. Create a table style that acts as a ledger with dates in one column. Only add dates when a payment is made & then you can use a PivotTable

Hahaha well you wanted an example.
1) I need this format because I make categories for the expenses and income. So some will be empty of that day and some will be filled
2) the weekly is so I can see less detailed how much I spend per week etc
3) I have no clue what a PivotTable is
