Getting cells to update based off other cells

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to get cells to update using functions. For instance, when I select something from a drop down menu it would automatically update the other two cells based on my selection.


A | B | C
exp2 | exp1 | example1



When I select example1, it will update columns A and B with exp2 and exp1 respectively.

I'm not sure if your example is working correctly. When Example1 is selected does it change c2 and d2 to exp1 and EXP2 respectively? If so, then yes that is the basics of what I wanted. I'm going to try to use this to build something else on top of but I wanted to try to attempt it first! Thanks!
