    Lookup with true A and H

    I have a excel formula with =formula with excel 2003 till I upgrade to excel 2010. Then I realise that I'm new with this {=formulas} How do you work with {=formula}? I have try play with it and can't get {=formula} only =formula. I try with =formula. But nothing work. I have someone khamilton help me with number which is brilliant. Now need help A and H. Please look example file.
