If function with calculations

I am trying to program a cell to do a calculation that if the reference cell is greater than zero it will perform one formula and if it is less than zero it will perform another formula.

ie. If cell C32 > 0 the formula would be =C27/B27 and if cell C32<0 then the formula would be =1-C32/C33

Is this possible. Thanks for the help.
