Rounding up to a list

Hi all, I'm looking to round a number up to a set of values in a list, then use a lookup to associate that number to a cost (the numbers in a list are model numbers that go up in 10s, then 20s etc.).

Any relatively simple ideas? Personally I don't mind complicated solutions, but I need to be able to convey this to people who aren't as able on excel.
