Convert [h]:mm to decimal

Hi

I have a spreadsheet which calculates total hours worked by a group of people. The number of hours worked on a daily basis changes daily. So for example in cell A14 I have 149:22 and the total for the month end in cell AE14 is 9033:20.

I want to convert it so that the number of hour (149) and (9033) can be used in decimal calculations.

Please advice?
