I need to construct formulas that counts number of sales for the reporting month and two month back for each country in the report.
The enclosed workbook should explain what I need help with.
I can foresee use of a combination of COUNTIFS, ISNUMBER or SUMPRODUCT but I am lost.

Try, in D18:
=IF(COLUMNS($D$18:D$18)>=3,SUMPRODUCT(--($B$3:$B$14=$B18),--(MMULT(--(B$3:D$14<>""),{1;1;1})>0)),0)
copied down and across the table.
