Exclamation Inserting New Row On A Protected Worksheet

    Hi

    I have the following scenario:

I have a worksheet with many cells I want to be locked.
I may do it by applying password protection to it.
But, I also need to allow the user of the worksheet to add new rows (with formula from previous row being copied to new row) to it without un-protecting it.

Is it possible? If so, please help.

    With thanks,

    Sharful.

Re: Inserting New Row On A Protected Worksheet

Well, I've tried this and it allows me to insert new rows but doesn't allow me to delete a row. When I try to delete a row, Excel says that it wont allow me because the worksheet contains cells that are locked.

And also, I cannot copy the previous row into newly created row.
