    making a cell default to 2 digits.

    Hello,

    I'm trying to create a formatting rule or a formula where I can take a single digit (example 3) and turn it into 03. The catch is that if it is for example 12 it stays at 12 because it must have exactly 2 digits.

    Format as custom format 00 (zero zero)
