    Hi Paddon,

    See if this works for you.
    =SUM(INDIRECT("Sheet2!C" & MATCH(A2,Sheet2!A:A,0) & ":C" &  MATCH(A2,Sheet2!A:A,0) +11))
    see the attached to change the Input date value.
