Need a nice little snapshot....

I need to create a 1 to 2 page snap shot of sales results accross an entire region.

Snap shot needs to show results for this year in category A, and results for next year in category B and C.

These results need to be broken down by the region as a whole, each territory within the region, and then the reps in each territory.

This information has to come from two different reports.

Additional specific information needs to come from another report.

Lastly, it all needs to be measured against specific hard targets that wont change.

The rest of the data will change weekly and will need to be updated.

The reports are in excel format so I can copy and paste them, but I'm wondering if anyone has created something like this, or some ideas that might speed up my process.

Hi

You need to pretty much normalize the data sets, or flat files.
I work a lot with these, can you sanitize the data and post example.

My initial thoughts are Vlookups, IndexMatch or MS query depending on the details (I would use most of these if they are large files I sometimes also dump them into Access
