=SUM(SUMIF(INDIRECT({"WeeklySummary!BZ32:BZ36","WeeklySummary!DD32:DD3"}),">0"))/SUM(COUNTIF(INDIRECT({"WeeklySummary!BZ32:BZ36","WeeklySummary!DD32:DD3"}),">0"))
