Regarding the first question you, than I see, the only difference are the three lines you use in your example, are the numbers in column A. All other elements are identical.
So the evidence presented to us, I think, that you can not do what you ask.

. But you can do what you ask with identifier numbers in column A. (See the sample ι send you)
If the data in cells are different, then it can be done using v, as you ask.
. On your second question, I do not think this can be done without using VBA.
