X axis units

Hi, in excel 2007.
is it possible to determine the x axis labels to show units that pertain to the data series, rather than rounded numbers.


Exemple:
rather than having 10, 20, 30, 50 on the x axis label, I'd like the axis to show my real values that are plotted at 8, 15, 25, and 38.
