Countifs with table references not working

    Countifs with table references not working

    Attached document should show the problem, but column BN has:

    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    which ignores cells that has "a" or "p" in it. I believe it should be counting them.

    Changing the code to:
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    Works as expected.

    Theories?

    Actually, the second one doesn't work. I'm missing something obvious with my countifs syntax.
