Weird Excel Problem - Lagging During Scroll

Hi mikechinym and welcome to the forum,

I have a utility called PUP 7 from http://spreadsheetpage.com/index.php/pupv7/home that lists all Objects on sheets.

You have 19470 Objects on your Sheet1 that may slow things down. You most likely did a few insert pictures or text or drawings on sheet 1 and then copied them, unknowingly many times.

See the attached with the PUP report.

I believe you can use the Find & Select and then the Go To Special dialog to select all objects on Sheet 1 and delete them all at one time.
