    Adding values to list box options

    On my assignment I attached on the tree type I have the dollar amount listed in the list but I don't know how to actually make it so that amount is used when the item is selected also how can I make it so that it gives the user the option to buy more than one of a type of tree? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
