vlookup for more refreince

i what a table of a more values at defferent time or deffent parametrs ,,
i want to vlook up that spasific value

i try with this

=VLOOKUP($C$9&B$9&$E9,B6:F26,5,FALSE)


to make condition that $C$9&B$9&$E9

but its not work


please check the attached excel to understand my quistion ....

can this be done with vlookup only ?

Sorry, I can nearly see what you're trying to do, but in your example why is the value -6.4 returned? It looks like you're trying to match on the values of columns B, C and E, but the value in E25 doesn't match E9.
