Excel 2007 : Find and match - Vlookip/Script

Hi,

I have attached a xls that i need a Vlookup/script creating for if possible?

I need sheet2 to look up sheet1 and find a match with the membership number and create a 3rd sheet with the found data. Though i need the dining data to copied over with it..
