IF / AND Statement Question

Hello all - i am in crisis mode again!
Hopefull you can assist, this should be fairly simple.

Formula Sheet:I have column A Row 4 on Sheet 1 that has product id (1234) and Row 5 is 12345 and Row 6 is 12346 etc...

Data Sheet: In "Sheet 2" I have column A that has product ID's.

in Column B (sheet 1) -- I basically want to compare the column A on both sheets (1 and 2) and if product ID matches - have it say "yes" and if it doesnt say "No" -- so Sheet 1 Row 5 (value 12345) has to be somehwere in Sheet 2 Column A for it to say "yes"
