Excel 2008 : show multiple values with INDEX function

Hey everyone,

So im sure this is an easy fix, as I really need help on editing a spreadsheet for my fantasy football league...

I have created a google docs spreadsheet for my Fantasy Football League so owners can not only view all-time stats, but also for them to edit any contact information they wish to share with others in the league.

Here's the problem.

I have been using an =INDEX function to reference statistics, for example, "Team A" may have the most amount wins totaling 25, so the function shows the team name as opposed to a number.

I am encountering future problems on what if there is more than one team with the same amount of wins as another (a tie), and is there a way I can reflect that using Excel automatically? Im trying to think of ways to do this and doing some research but I thought it maybe a good idea to throw it out there for anyone that may have an idea.

I have been indexing the problem above to just show the names instead of the values, is there a way to possibly do both? I know this may as well be a easy fix but I am struggling to figure it out. I have attached the file below for anyone who wishes to look and see if they can try to figure it out.
