Hi I need to create want is a called a Seal Report. I have about 12 locations that have seals on them The report will track the seal number, location, date and purpose of the seal status change which is on of off and why the change. Please help me get started by suggesting how I should do this. I will do my homework and hopefully figure out the method. Thanks for your help.

I'm probably missing something but it sounds like a basic workbook with a worksheet for each location and these columns in each worksheet:
seal number, location, date, status, purpose of change.
