Update and save values

Hi Everybody,
I'm hoping for a simple solution. I have 3 coloums each has 11 rows of data. The first coloum updates every 24hours. The next 2 coloums update every 24 hours as well but values depend on what row changes in coloum 1. I'm currently having to add these values manually each day. Is there a way of doing this automatically?
