    Conditional Formatting

    Hello,
I am trying to use conditional formatting for multiple columns in a spreadsheet. I would like to set a rule to whenever anything is put into the 'Date Completed' column, the corresponding 'Target Date' to its left will go back to regular text & no fill. (see attached picture).
Also, for some reason I don't understand, I have multiple columns named the same thing and excel automatically puts a number at the end of them... in which I cannot remove. (see picture again). Thanks in advance
