Pop up with data from different sheet

Hi all,

I'm trying to make a mouse over of a cell in Sheet1 pull data from a row from another sheet. I have attached a simplified version of what I mean. For instance, in my workbook, if TaskList was the active worksheet and my mouse was over the comments that said "If paper is out contact so and so" ... I'd like for a message box to pop up and display the appropriate row of data from sheet2.

I'm assuming it's not possible or no one saw the post before it got buried. I'm open to alternatives as well. I'm really just trying to prevent people from having to bounce around a very large workbook so I need clever ways of feeding data from one sheet to our main sheet. I figured pop ups or a message box would work best. Anyone?
