Need Help to Transpose multiple sets of data into rows

So I'm new here and I apologize if this has been extensiveley covered, but I am on a deadline.

I have a spreadsheet with store locations that looks like this:

    Allen, TX
    OUTLET-Allen Premium Outlets
    Store #: 780
    820 W Stacy Rd
    Suite 410
    Allen, TX* 75013
    972-678-2612
    Map

    Allen, TX
    Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm
    Store #: 689
    827 Market Street
    Allen, TX* 75013
    214-383-3009
    Map

    Amarillo, TX
    The Forum at Soncy
    Store #: 430
    3350 South Soncy Road
    Suite 116
    Amarillo, TX* 79124
    806-352-4473
    Map (Formatted as a link)

I need each store to be transposed into a single row. So Name, Store #, Address, City, State, Zip, and Phone number all accross one row.

What is the easiest way to do this?

The only difference appears to be some groups have no address 2. Drop your data into column A of the attached. Pull down the B2 formula, and then all the different formula in D1:I1, copy them down as far as needed, too.
