Collect data from other tab

Hi

I am trying to collect various data from different tabs into one main page (tab). This is obviously done by adding a note; 'sheet1'! in front of the reference.
What I would like to have as an option is to write the name of the tab I want to collect data from in a cell and based on that collect data from the corresponding tab. For example if I write Sheet5 in cell A1 I want cell A2 to collect data from a cell in the tab named Sheet5.
