Need formula to be able to skip a cell and continue calculation

In the column (High school/ College) i have to multiply each value by the value the column to the left of it (Employed). If the value returned is 0, i want the next cell to pick the last cell with a value other than 0.

The "employed" column values are going to change every time i press F9 since i'm running a vosebernoulli distribution.
