Excel 2007 : 4 columns need to match 2

Hello everybody! Thank you in advance. I have a spreadsheet that I have 4 columns of data. I need to match 2 columns and keep the other 2 columns with the original columns.
I have attached a sample spreadsheet. Columns A and B need to stay together and C and D need to stay together. How can I do this without a macro just would like to use a formula.

I am not exactly sure what you are saying?

Can you give example of expected outcome?

Columns B and C should match like Cow tag and calf tag 1 should be in the same row.
But cow tag 1 should have birth date 3/6/2011 and the calf weight 600 be in the same row as shown on sample but since there are more cows there will be blanks on the columns c and d but need them to match across. I hope that helps?

Disregard previous post I saved the wrong format. Sorry! I updated the worksheet the first two rows are how I want it to read.
I need the Cow tags and the Calf Tag to be the same now the information on column B needs to stay with the corresponding Cow tag number and the same for the Calf Tag Column D will go with column C. This was on two different sheets and put together. But we need to see which calves were weaned and what date they where born.
I hope there is just a formula I thought I could get the Match formula to work but I cant. So any help will be great since we have over 780 entries I hope there is a way to do this without using a macro.
