    % formula auto update

Okay I have created this sheet to keep track of all the problems people call me with. I work as a IT/PC tech. When an employee calls me I add it this sheet what their problem was and what I did. I created a table in the 2nd sheet to reflect the people and number of issues as well as department issues.

Where I need assistance is with the Total Percentage Row B5:H5. If I add the % in now I can do B4/the total number of items in my list, which is fine. The problem is as soon as I add one new line or problem the percentage gets thrown off and I have to change the number I divided by and increase it by one.

Is there anyway to make the number 83 in B5 change to reflect the total number of lines I have in my list in the first sheet so that way the % always equals 100 and adjusts as Add new items each day.

I hope I am making sense I have attached the document.

    Thanks

Try this in B5 then format to percent.
